When brokers generate a proposal on ASH Benefits, we will also ask for the type of program requested, the group name, total number of employees, the state in which the group resides and the desired effective date.

ASH Benefits also requires users to submit their Healthyroads user name and password when merging their Healthyroads and ASH Benefits accounts in the "Profile" section.

Only those staff members who need access to the information you submit have this information available to them. American Specialty Health enforces strict privacy, security, and confidentiality policies on this Web site as well as with our staff in order to maintain privacy.

How does ASH Benefits use my information?

Users who contact ASH through our "Contact Us" form who have requested a response will be contacted using the contact information they provided. American Specialty Health will not use information provided online for other purposes, and we do not sell or rent the information you provide online to third parties. Information entered in the "Generate Proposal" section of the site will be used solely for the purpose of generating a proposal.
